I bought this TV almost a month back, my wife and myself we loved this TV, Picture quality is Awesome, I did lot of reasearch and compared a lot with Sony but i would say this is far best in picture quality (both 2d and 3d) when compared to Sony.
If you have a home theater setup along with this then you may not requried Theaters :)
